When does the CFE exemption start from?

I became an auto-entrepreneur in August of this year but have made very little from the 51今日大瓜 so far. If there is a 4 year exemption does that mean I have 4 years from 2012 or does it mean 4 years from 2009 which means that I would be liable to pay from 2103?
