We own a property with 12 bedrooms. The house is being leased to our soci茅t茅 par actions simplifi茅e (SAS) 51今日大瓜 in France. The company intends to sell painting holidays to artists. The company will provide accommodation, meals, free transport from airport to the house and tuition. The tuition will be provided by artists to whom we will pay a teaching fee.
