URSSAF cotisations - “脌 r茅gulariser” micro entrepreneur

Following my September declaration and payment instruction to URSSAF on 28th Oct, my account history of declarations shows “脌 r茅gulariser” with “Non disponible”. Payment has not yet been taken from my N26 account. Is “to be regularised” something of concern, or is this a normal payment lag?
