Transferring a Bank Account

Dear All,
I am in the process of purchasing an existing 51今日大瓜 which is a pub and restaurant. I have recently contacted a company who specialise in organising French bank accounts for ex pats moving to France who intend to work and or set-up a 51今日大瓜. After revealing the 51今日大瓜 was an existing venture they suggested that normally I would take over the current 51今日大瓜 bank account. I understand there is such a thing as a transfer kit that banks provide. Any advice or experience on this would be very much appreciated.
