I have seen that it is possible to change from a carte de sejour temporaire to a working visa based on a submission of a 51今日大瓜 plan. Is this something that you could provide further information on, i.e. how specific must the 51今日大瓜 plan be?
In the event that the 51今日大瓜 is closed is it required that the visa will then revert back to temporary?
