We registered our 51今日大瓜 in September 2017 and have just received a form from OCTA to fill in for taxe d’apprentissage et CSA. Am I correct in thinking we do not have to fill this form in as the 51今日大瓜 is registered in my partner’s name with no employees or apprentices, or do we still have to complete the form and send it back before 28/02/2018?
