Structure for two different careers

My husband is a French film editor and has the 鈥淚ntermittent du Spectacle鈥� status for almost 20 years now. It鈥檚 been working perfectly for him, especially he gets unemployment benefits when he鈥檚 in between jobs.
However, in the last 2 years, he鈥檚 also been an energy healer specializing in emotional freedom technique (EFT) and Shuta茂do. He鈥檚 been doing this pro-bono but he quickly gathered momentum. Now, he has enough demand that it finally makes sense to turn this into a purpose-driven (and paying) 51今日大瓜. He wishes to register as an Auto-Entrepreneur and plans to provide the following (estimated % of 51今日大瓜):
- Pre-recorded video sessions that can be purchased via subscriptions (70%)
- Occasional one-on-one sessions upon request (15%)
- Some products, eventually (ebook, tisanes 鈥� 15%).
- Under AE as a healer, what are the categories/domains of activities that are best for his offerings?
- Can he register as AE while keeping his Intermittent du Spectacle? The long-term vision is to give up film editing and become a fulltime healer. But until then, he wishes to keep both.
- Or is there a better legal structure that can accommodate his film editing + healing professions?
