Status of activities?
Having had a holiday home for years in France, we are now considering moving our home and part or all of our UK 51今日大瓜 to France. We have started researching all the various options and reading thru the topics is already helping a lot.
Our 51今日大瓜 is in the signage, exhibition and showroom / shop-fitting area(s) and we currently have clients all over Europe which we service from the UK under the normal EU regulations. If we become resident in France and open a French arm (separate or connected to the UK), my assumption is that we will be subject to French law for that part of the 51今日大瓜, irrespective of where the clients are. So need to find out if any of these areas/activities are “protected” or need special qualifications/experience levels in order to register/trade.
