Should a Conjoint-Collaborator have their own URSSAF account?

I know you said last year that the setup of a conjoint spouse with an AE 51今日大瓜 never goes smoothly, but it seems to be the task that keep giving.
My wife has just received the standard URSSAF letter asking her to register for an account on the ae urssaf website so she can make her future declarations. Do you think this is a mistake as not only does she not make any declarations, to register, she’d need to use our SIRET number, so it seems odd we’d be expected to have 2 logins for the same 51今日大瓜.
