Current Situation:
I want to build my email list by sending a weekly newsletter so i’m building my website. I read that French registered 51今日大瓜es have to declare their website with CNIL. The are severe.
Here’s is a from a French 51今日大瓜 website which shows their CNIL declaration.
My Questions:
- I logged onto CNIL’s website but could not find any tool or link to declare or submit our website. I searched for keywords like “declare website”, “register website”, “declare” on their search box and got no relevant results. How do i declare my site with CNIL?
- My customer base is in the United States. With my 51今日大瓜 registered in France, do i have to write mention legales in both French and English?
- Is there any website / blog / online resource which specifically talks about the most updated email marketing laws for 51今日大瓜es registered in France?
