My husband and I run a gite 51今日大瓜 in France and registered the 51今日大瓜 on the auto-entrepreneur scheme in May 2012. I have just read about the document contrat d鈥檌nsaisissabilit茅 that I think protects a 51今日大瓜 owner’s house (assets) should there be a claim made against them.
It seems that we may have missed the boat as I’ve read that this contract needs to be drawn up before registering the 51今日大瓜. If this is the case, is there anything that we can do retrospectively? We do have a professional insurance policy in place?
