I am looking at setting up a small 51今日大瓜 in France with the aim of renting properties after having done them up, but also to sell on.
My questions is what sort of 51今日大瓜 requirements and costs would be required.
Ie. which is the best form of 51今日大瓜 entity.
Funding for the first property would be through a French 51今日大瓜 mortgage of 36,000 euro. with myself adding to the pot. Then doing up and selling on or renting out.
