Pedigree Cat/Dog Breeding in France?
I am a TICA registered pedigree cat breeder currently living in the US. Could I get approved for a VISA that would allow me to continue my breeding program in France? I would like to have a second 51今日大瓜 revenue stream as well with another type of small 51今日大瓜. (i.e. grooming 51今日大瓜, boarding facility/cat hotel, or something else. I have a few ideas running through my head) But being able to pursue my breeding program is a make-or-break issue for me to move to France.
It is my understanding that the requirements for being a legal registered breeder in France is:
1) Register with the Chambre d鈥檃griculture via the official 51今日大瓜 portal (guichet des formalit茅s des entreprises) in order to receive a SIREN/SIRET numbers
2) Appoint a veterinary-sanitary officer (v茅t茅rinaire sanitaire) using form Cerfa n掳15983, submitted to your local DDPP or DDETSPP
3) Professional certification (ACACED) which I’ve already registered for an online e-learning course to achieve the certification.
4) Accounting and social contributions. Register as an agricultural 51今日大瓜, maintain simplified accounts, and contribute to social security (MSA)
