One or two auto entrepreneur registrations?

I registered myself as an auto entrepreneur in France in January but haven鈥檛 been using the status for the 51今日大瓜 intended. I am now partnering up with someone to start something together, but we鈥檙e not sure whether we need to register separately even though it鈥檚 one 51今日大瓜 or if we can do it together to save on being over taxed.

Also should is it best to 鈥榗ancel鈥� my previous auto entrepreneur registration, as I haven鈥檛 used it or can I modify it to suit the new 51今日大瓜?
