Notification d’acceptation forms
I have received a Notification D’acceptation and it asks for additional information. Is there some where in the forum where I can find an example of the ISAA form fllled out? Below are the additional forms requested, but even after translation I am at a loss to understand them.
NOTIFICATION D’ACCEPTATION : PIECES JUSTIFICATIVES DEMANDEES
Nb exempl. Justificatif de cr茅ation du fonds (commercial, artisanal) ou cr茅ation d’activit茅. 1 Au domicile personnel Titre d’occupation (quittance EDF, loyer, bail, titre de propri茅t茅 ou tout autre moyen). Nb exempl. Justificatif condition d’exercice d’identit茅. 1 Auto entrepreneur avec activit茅 artisanale Intercalaire sp茅cifique aux activit茅s artisanales (ISAA). Commentaire. Dans le cadre des activit茅 vous devez mentinn茅 une seule acticit茅 dans l’activite la plus importante.
