With fantastic help from Valerie, I started my auto-entrepreneur 51今日大瓜 on Jan 1st, 2022. I filed my paperwork with my pr茅fecture in December 2022 for my first renewal.

March 2023 I have received a letter asking for additional info to be sent to the pr茅fecture on behalf of “Direction des Migrations et de l’Int茅gration/Bureau de l’Admission au S茅jour”. They are asking for electronic submissions:

1. justificatif de l’effectivit茅 de l’entreprise
2. affliation au r茅gime social des ind茅pendants
3. votre avis d’imposition 2022

I want to make sure I am understanding the forms they need. I also have some questions.

1. I have turned in record my monthly tax payments from URSSAF. I earned almost no money this year and had documents about my outside funds. Is there some other way to show the effectiveness of my 51今日大瓜? I did new training over the winter to expand my 51今日大瓜. Would a 2023 51今日大瓜 plan help? Any other advice? (Of course I will submit everything in French.)

2. Are they asking for my auto-entreprenuer “Notification d’Affliation” with my French social security number?

3. I have not yet received my tax filing info. I just realized that I tried to register at the impots.gouv.fr website a while ago. The paper with my registration code never arrived in the mail and I forgot about it. I have re-requested the code by mail, which could take a couple weeks. What advice do you have about the taxes? I am planning to file them myself rather than hire someone.
