Is it straightforward to set up a SARL in France for a 51今日大瓜 which is likely to span more than one activity? We are looking at setting up a cafe with a retail element and in the future we have another idea for a spin-off in the travel 51今日大瓜. Can this all be incorporated under a SARL umbrella?
