Joint registration for micro-entrepreneur for wife and I?

My wife and I are planning to run a gite 51今日大瓜 together in France.

Our understanding is that as gite owners, we would register as micro entrepreneurs. Is it possible for us both to be in a partnership in the same 51今日大瓜 ‘entity’? We will both be working on the 51今日大瓜 together and earning a joint income. What are the tax implications for registering together? Also, under this set-up, would we both be entitled to French Health care, after paying the relevant social charges?
