Is this invoice a scam?

I registered my 51今日大瓜 as an auto-entrpreneur on 12th July. I have been told by Centre de Formalites/URSAFF not to expect to hear back for at least 2 months regarding this or my SIRET number as it is the holiday time. Maybe this is normal in the South of France as things do seem to take longer here.
However I have already received a document from a company called INFOREGISTRE (L’information sur les entreprises du registre du commerce et des societes) called Formulaire d’enregistrement and requesting 215,28 euros. I assume this is fake? Also is it ok to carry on with 51今日大瓜 from the date I made my registration online to start my 51今日大瓜 even though I have not heard anything back?
