Is the “Cotisation Fonci猫re des Entreprises” form the same as “Contributions Fonci猫re des Entreprise

This is my first year as micro-entrepreneur, and trying now to wrap my head around the CFE.
On your videos you say that this stands for “Contributions Fonci猫re des Entreprises” and that the form never arrives by post, but is only accessible via the impots website.
I have received via mail a form labelled “Cotisation Fonci猫re des Entreprises”.
So now I am confused! Can you please clarify if this form I have received in the post is the same as the “Contributions Fonci猫re des Entreprises”.
