Invoice before final approval?

I registered as an auto-entrepreneur on 17/12/09 and have since received documents indicating that the request is being processed and sent to the various bodies concerned. As this is the reactivation of my previous 51今日大瓜, it seems that I will use the same siret number. I have had to invoice for some 51今日大瓜 already, to be assured of getting the money in. Is there any risk in doing this before the auto-entrepreneur 51今日大瓜 is fully approved? (I applied to start the 51今日大瓜 on 1 Jan 2010)?
