Filling CFE form when 2 people at the same address are auto-entrepreneurs?

I have filled in my CFE form last year as my auto-entrepreneur 51今日大瓜 which opened in 2011 but my partner opened his auto-entrepreneur 51今日大瓜 in 2012 so it is his form that I have a question about. Section C asks about the location of the 51今日大瓜. He works from an office in our home, but as I am the owner of the property and I filled in the form last year saying the size of the house etc., do I need to do this again? Or can I just put down the m2 size of the room that is used for his office?
