Establishing a branch office in France

I have commenced importing French oak and building salvage items from France in the last 6 months. The 51今日大瓜 is growing quickly and I am considering setting up a 51今日大瓜 presence in France - most likely Tours - through a small branch office and 51今日大瓜 banking account.
I need advice and assistance to understand the best direction to take in assessing and deciding the right 51今日大瓜 structure, setting it up and detailing its legal operation. I expect to be exporting up to 10 containers of French oak and antique salvage items per year by the end of 2016.
