Hi there I have recently started a 51今日大瓜 with a French friend, a micro brewery. Apart from the uphill struggle to register a 51今日大瓜, we have had massive problems getting electricity upgraded on the site. In the UK i would have got on the telephone and used that and social media to shame them into action, but it doesnt seem to be the case here. Does anyone have any advice on how after waiting 3 months and 2 missed appointments, I can speed things up.
