My husband works in the UK on a regular basis and pays his tax and national insurance there. He has a carte vitale through his S1 / E106. I have an auto-entrepreneur 51今日大瓜 here in France and myself and our two children are on my carte vitale. Does my husband has to pay social charges in France? We have received an Avis D’Impot Prelevements Sociaux sur les revenus de l’annee 2011, calcuated at 8% of his income from the UK.
