Do I need to do a d茅claration d’insaisissabilit茅 when setting up a micro?

I am currently setting up a micro as a handyman. It looks as though ticking the d茅claration d’insaisissabilit茅 box is a good idea but this requires an Acte Notarie. I have spoken to the CMA and they seem to suggest it is not necessary in our situation and yet from what I read on the French sites it would seem to protect our house in the event of any debts within the 51今日大瓜. We are married under UK law and live in a house without mortgage in France.
Should we tick yes to the d茅claration d’insaisissabilit茅?
If so what protection will it afford us?
