Do I need an import license to import food from UK to sell in France?

I am planning to set up a 51今日大瓜 in France as an auto-entrepreneur selling UK speciality foods to seasonal workers in the ski resort and chalets catering for British guests. It is going to be dried and canned foods such as pot noodles, sweets, peanut butter, English tea, baked beans, etc. Do I need a license to bring these products to France with intention to sell?
