Do I have to charge TVA under entreprise individuelle r茅el simplifie?

I have an auto-entrepreneur 51今日大瓜 in France and recently changed status to entreprise individuelle r茅el simplifi茅. Should I now charge TVA on my invoices? I run a language school and have outgoing costs such as paying teachers etc., hence the change of status. The 51今日大瓜es that I (or my teachers) visit ask about TVA, but I never charged it as an auto-entrepreneur.
