Clarification of mechanic activity?

I registered as a Mecanique Autos in December 2012 (providing all my City and Guilds qualifiations) with the Chambre de Metiers in Limoges and have been given the 51今日大瓜 activity title as Profession Liberale. Do you think this the correct heading to which I should be working under as it will greatly affect my social payments - please could you advise or does it come under trade commercial?
