CIPAV “Covid-19 : un dispositif exceptionnel d鈥檃ide”

Can you explain please about the help that CIPAV is offering. Is there a catch? To benefit, they are saying the help is for those “in difficulty”. Whilst I am not strictly in financial difficulty, I have suffered a loss of around 4000鈧� in rental income between March - June due to CV. If I apply for the ‘help’ ( their simulator says they would credit by bank account with around 800鈧� ), will there be a catch or consequences down the line? Here is what they say:

Le dispositif d鈥檃ide consiste 脿 vous verser directement, sur votre compte bancaire, un montant correspondant 脿 la cotisation de retraite compl茅mentaire que vous avez r茅gl茅e au titre du forfait social de cotisations calcul茅 sur votre chiffre d鈥檃ffaires 2019. Ce dispositif n鈥檈st pas un remboursement de votre cotisation, c’est 脿 dire que vos futurs droits 脿 la retraite compl茅mentaire acquis en 2019 sont pr茅serv茅s.
