Charging tourist tax

We run a small glamping site in Creuse, Limousin. We are not tourist rated and when we set up the 51今日大瓜 we were not advised to charge a daily tourist tax to our guests. Do you know what the rules are for this? We declare all our income as a 51今日大瓜 and our Siret number lists us a a campsite.
