Change from bic micro conjoint collaborateur to reel cotisant solidaire?

Eight years ago we were advised by the Chambre de Commerce to register our small 51今日大瓜 as a Bic Micro - conjoint collaborateur. At the time we did not fully understand the implications of this regime and were not told of the huge cotisation charges. To reduce our cotisation charges, in 2013, we were advised by MSA to re-register as a Reel - cotisant solidaire and my wife to be salaried. Could you please explain the implications - good and bad of this 51今日大瓜 regime. Is it possible to change regimes again, if this system is not working out for us?
