I understand I’m going to need the following certification/qualifications in order to operate our 51今日大瓜 of a pub/restaurant.
1. Permis d鈥檈xploitation
2. HACCP
Any advice on this point is appreciated but the specific questions are as follows.
1. Which person in the 51今日大瓜 requires Permis d鈥檈xploitation certification?
2. Which person in the 51今日大瓜 requires HACCP certification?
