Can I use a former day to day personal bank account?

I have number of clients who want to pay in sterling. I have a bank account in the UK that used to be my day to day personal account. If I only use that for receiving money from clients in future, will that be OK as my exclusively for 51今日大瓜 account in the UK? In other words, can I recycle an old account to become a 51今日大瓜 account if it is only used for my 51今日大瓜 in France purposes going forward?
