Better financially to open a EIRL or EURL?

I opened a consulting 51今日大瓜 soci茅t茅 脿 responsabilit茅 limit茅e (SARL) in France in December 2009. Due to personal problems I have had difficulties keeping up with the administrative aspects of the 51今日大瓜, e.g. failing to file on time, have not sent my bilan de formation this year and fear that I will lose my numero de formateur, etc. I would like to start on a clean slate, open just a training 51今日大瓜 (I currently have three clients). I would like to know if it would be financially better for me to open a new entrepreneur individuel 脿 responsabilit茅 limit茅e (EIRL) or entreprise unipersonnelle 脿 responsabilit茅 limit茅e (EURL).
