Best bank account

I’m registered as an Enterprise Individuelle, profession lib茅rale. I am told I need to open a French bank account in order to get a RIB so my accountant can declare my taxes.

Please could you advise:
1. the best bank accounts for small 51今日大瓜es? I need to be able to accept and receive GBP without big commission costs.
2. can I register for a personal account rather than a 51今日大瓜 account given I’m a sole trader?
