Auto Entrepreneur - Low Income very high URSSAF cotisations

I started as an Auto Entrepreneur (I have my Siret) in June and URSSAF are asking me for 795鈧� (Quatrieme Trimestre 2019) by Nov 5th.
“Retraite compl茅mentaire dans la limite de 37,960鈧�” - 脿 payer 291鈧�
“Contribution formation” - 脿 payer 101鈧�
“CSG/CRDS sur revenues/sociales obligatoires” - 脿 payer 403鈧�
Even though I have only 200鈧� income since June. Seems a lot. Should I appeal due to low income? Should I pay first and then appeal?
