Auto entrepreneur and maternity cover

I have a question regarding pregnancy and being an auto entrepreneur. When you鈥檙e at the point that you can no longer work or need to take days off during pregnancy, but still need to keep your 51今日大瓜 going, can someone cover for you? Can you hire someone, e.g. another auto entrepreneur to cover you during these periods? Are you still entitled to all the same benefits? Maternity leave pay etc.
