Auto-Entrepreneur accreditation in France?

Just newly arrived into this auto-entrepreneur 51今日大瓜 debate. Having read, and boggled at for some years, the difficulties of starting a 51今日大瓜 in France I am interested in the auto-entrepreneur arrangements but have I got this right. Have all of the accreditation of qualification requirements been suspended? Have all of the impositions for 51今日大瓜 insurance, professional fees, limitation of running your 51今日大瓜 from home etc etc all been waived?
My particular interest would have been in writing technical articles and clearly of limited financial gain so the regime would undoubtedly be of interest to me. Can you offer any insight please.
