Are TVA platforms calculated by 4 trimesters, or by the fiscal year?

Regarding charging TVA and staying under the 33200 limit as an auto entrepreneur. Does this mean you make this much or under in 4 trimesters (I started my 51今日大瓜 in April, for example, so April to April) or does it mean the fiscal year, Jan 1 to Dec 31? Thanks.
