Applying for Carte Europ茅enne d鈥橝ssurance Maladie (CEAM)?

My husband and I both have carte vitales and are trying to get a Carte Europ茅enne d鈥橝ssurance Maladie (CEAM) card for a trip to the UK in early August. We have tried to create an account with 2 bodies on line the RSI and Amelie and neither of them will accept our social security numbers. Do you have any ideas as to what we should do next. We are only going away for 5 days but I’m not happy about聽having no insurance. Any advice you can give would be gratefully received.
