Any financial help when signed off work in France?

I have an auto-entrepreneur 51今日大瓜 in France and I had an accident today. The doctor has signed me off work for 2 months. Not to go into too much detail but I haven’t got my carte vitale yet, but obviously I have to pay rent and stuff. What is the best course of action to take?
