Am I obliged to give my bank my siret/siren number?

I want to open a separate bank account for my auto-entrepreneur 51今日大瓜 and understand that I can have a current account for this and do not need a 51今日大瓜 account. However, the bank asked me for my siret/siren number - am I obliged to give it to them?
